Eventually I got a card written in Chinese :D though it's in simplified Chinese characters (we use traditional Chinese characters in Hong Kong) I can still read it and feel the warmth from my mother country. Thanks Silence for suggesting the private swap, I'd love to get a card from Beijing. :) Last year, I thought about going to Beijing to see the Olympics, but I was too busy that time and unable to free myself from work. However, I think we made a great Olympic game, I got stunned by the magnificent opening ceremony, even through through the television. :D

Wow~~ Today I opened my mailbox and there were 21 cards in it! That's the power of RR! and tags! and swaps! :D hahaha... I did involve in many PC activities... to get cards by ALL means. XDDD The cards I get this time are mostly from April RR @_@ really a big one, with 31 participants! It was a tough task for me, because I joined the group at last minute and have to send out 30 cards within 4 days, to get the postmark of April. What made it tougher is, I send all cards fully-written. =] However, now when I see the pile of treasure from my mailbox, I think it's paid off, ;) Ready for my cards? T'ang Quartet (Singapore)

Haha, that's one of the ad cards from Singapore Arts Festival 2000, so these guys are actually talented artists. =] They four form a group called "T'ang Quartet" which plays classical music. Another card from Finland arrived =] and it's a snowy scene sent by Ari! With subtropical climate here in Hong Kong, I can never see real snow fall from the sky... :( Though it's not a long flight to Japan or Korea for skiing, but the airfare during winter time is always expensive... *sigh*

And now it's the confession time, of a shopaholic, I got my second pile of postcards today, at 7 pm, delivered by a courteous guy from the courier company (I think he said 'thank you' for over ten times in our 3-minute contact). This time, the cards are not from shops, but from a quality printing company, with images provided by me. =] Of all I printed, I LOVE THIS ONE BELOW! (even it took me the longest time to make it :P) Ready for yummies?

Yes, I didn't get cards sent to me, neither from official nor PC forum, but I got the cards I ordered last week! :D Actually they arrived yesterday, but I was not at home then... so the first thing I did today is picking them up at the post office. :P
Most of the cards are intended for postcrossing (trust me, I did buy MANY!), except the Dior postcards set. The set shows the artworks in the exhibition,"Christian Dior and Chinese Artists". I just love them! :D

Another set I've bought is about Chinese Zodiac, the 12 animal signs, drawn as cartoons. ;) I've upload the pics to my album, you can see them by clicking the 'Offers' tag above. If you want any one of them, tell me. :D

Ever since i joined postcrossing on 22th April, I've waiting for my first card to come. 13 days passed and I got them - 2 cards reached my mailbox together! One from Finland with lovely pigs and one viewcard from New York State. Oh... which should I declare it to be the first? That's a tough question... Haha... actually I didn't check my mailbox yesterday :P With reference to the postal stamp on the cards, I come to a decision. Now I hereby officially declare my first card received is from Finland. Well, result seems matches with statistics. :P

Let's see the lovely pigs! ;) as well as the beautiful stamp. I got this card from a lottery on the PC official forum, thanks Nea again for the great card.
